Wrong and useless item sent

I orderd femals sandals K-way size UK 5 and received men? sandals total different model and wrong size UK 6.5 from China.
After my complain I was told by email my ordered article is not on stock but the sent article is better and that I can be happy. Which is a ridiculous answer.
After several emails a refund of 5 % was offered, again emails and emails. A tolal refund was denied but finally 30 % were offered but I never received any refund at all.
A really bad shopping experience. I thought I order from the UK but actually all is sent from China and they sent you just what they find at their stock no matter if it fits or not.
