Not what I expected, but could be helpful for some

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a woman who only let me speak maximum 50 seconds. Once she had my credit card information she was quick to hang up. I had a few more questions for the lady before going through with the transaction but once she hung up I couldn't get back through to them to cancel the payment. I sent about 5 e-mails to them saying that I didn't need their "software" and to cancel my payment immediately before moving forward. I tried calling back and reached a teenage boy who said I would be contacted within a few hours, and then when I called back another teenage boy said I'd be contacted within 12 hours. It has now been about 6 days, I have e-mailed them every day with no response. I guess their only concern is having my money in their pocket. I even tried having my VISA not allow the payment to go through but they said it was taken immediately from my account.

So - I spent some time contacting a few of the individuals on the website who posted videos of their "success stories". 100% of them actually told me not to go with this company. They said that the information is available online for free if you just do a little research. The only reason they did the video was so they could get their money back. That's 100% of 7 people I contacted - I think that about sums it up.

The gentleman I dealt with AFTER the phone call is not part of the "team" i dealt with - he was cooperative and apologized and even said I have a "refund request case for you in our CRM system. One of the team members will contact you".....no call - still waiting, almost 7 days later now.

I'll happily delete this review once they step up and follow through on their part.

It was very overwhelming, I did not know there was that much funding available.

Wasn't what I expected, but could be helpful for some people.

The Entrepreneur Centre has given me the opportunity to access such a vast amount of resources to help push me in the right direction with funding for my business. If you spend the time and really give it a shot you will not regret it.

Entrepreneur Centre walked me through how easy it can be to obtain government funding. The Software offered is very user friendly, so many programs I didn't know Canada offered. My applications are in, my fingers are crossed. Thank you for the customer support.

Overall experience was a positive one. The entrepreneur centre has great customer support and helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my small business off the ground.
