The quality of the embroidery has declined significantly over the past couple of orders. I'm surprised that our hats made it past QA. I'm totally disappointed with the value for money. The logo from past orders was significantly sharper and had an overall cleaner look to them. The hat itself is great quality.

I’m following up regarding your recent feedback about the embroidery quality on your hats. I’m sorry to hear that the embroidery did not meet the quality you’ve experienced with us in the past.
We’d be happy to look into this further and, if appropriate, arrange replacements for the hats with the poor embroidery quality.
