Baught cargo pants from them but they aren’t the wrigh size , unfortunately I have emailed Enversia multiple times but not had an answer also tried to open the link from my purchase email to find details on how to send back for a refund but the site is down . Have contacted Til Tok advising them that this company is a scam .
Horrible fake scum company that don’t provide any help you receive an email saying someone is there to help numerous emails no reply scam company stay well clear if I could leave a zero review I would I hope people check this before trying to place an order worst thing I ever done
Avoid. They make their cheap products look good online, then you receive total rubbish, or they send a different product (as in my case).
The goods are shipped within the UK, but returns are handled through China with a 45-day refund policy.
So, it costs you more to send the item back that the cost of the item, even though the supplier is at fault.
They will be operating under different names to avoid stacking up bad reviews. Be warned.
