Good Service, international delivery
I ordered a standard interface for Grundfos pump. It worked out of the box and delivery was good for international. Shipping cost was a little higher than expected but the item price was significantly less expensive than US purchase.

Customer service not what I would expect.
I had a problem with the UK charging adaptor for the Grundfos MI301 I purchased from this company. I cost me over £20 to return it, bare this in mind against any savings on price.
I was told that the unit worked fine when they received it. I asked if they tested it with the UK adaptor?
The answer I received was "no, of course, it was tested with the EU adapter. We do not have the possibility to check the UK adapter".
Perhaps this is just because English is not the first language of the company but I did not consider this demonstrated the level of customer service I would have expected.
For this response I would have dropped the rating to only three stars but the initial purchase price was the best I found anywhere so feel I need to give 4 stars.
