Excellent bike very happy excellent service

The bike came on time works great not had any problems. The only thing i think there should be a rear break light included other than that quite happy.

Wanted to buy one of their e-bikes, sent 2 emails for more details on specification of the crates in their pictures and tried to use their online chat but no reply on either. I wouldn't trust to buy from an unresponsive company, especially as they don't provide much info and only have one picture of the bikes on their website.

I would truly recommend these guys.They were so helpful and when I had problems picking my bike they were so professional and friendly through the whole process.Thank You guys ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This was the only bike supplier in the UK that actually looked at what my specifications were for my business cargo bike and in a very timely manner found the solution at a very reasonable price. Throughout the purchase and through to delivery I was constantly informed with regards the current delivery status . When delivered there was an electrical fault with the bike. Enviroelectric were straight onto the manufacturer , demanding and getting a remedy. So when things go wrong (which they can) Scott from enviro certainly put 100% into resolving. This is also a small family business and when you speak to them, they know who you are. A proper personal service

This bike is just great for me at 70 years old I can still go riding with my grandkids and I can’t believe the quality this bike has for the money it cost and the service was brilliant Thankyou very much.
