Beware of this company! Commissioned for roofing project. Had to do twice - which to their credit they did ‘for free’ second time - as was not done properly first time. 12 months after completed lead work on back of house we are RE-DOING this second aspect of job as leaking thru wall and new plaster cracking. I would not commission Environ for help again if my life depended on it.

We hired Environ Property Services to deal with the black mould we’d been getting in the front bedroom of the flat. After a thorough assessment, they sent Bill around to deal with the issue. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgable on the subject, and did a terrific job of removing the mould. He lifted the carpets, identifying an earlier leak that the previous occupants had evidently missed, then sprayed the room down with an industrial mould spray and sealant. This done, he fogged the room before explaining how best to keep the property free of mould in the future. We would definitely recommend this company for any issues related to mould. Highly recommended.

Reisse from Environ Property Services was able to very quickly assess and identify the root cause of drainage problems I had been experiencing for several years. I had previously used at least 6 different specialist drain companies/contractors without any of them being able to identify the problem.

The report that Reisse produced after his initial visit was clear, easy to understand and included photos and clearly labelled diagrams. Really impressed.

On the second visit Reisse mini jetted external pipes. He was on time for both visits. Reliable, very experienced, competent, professional, clean and thorough.

I would highly recommend this company for any drain problems/issues you are experiencing. I will be using them again for everything drain related.

I found them by chance after a 'Google' search and am so glad that I did. The team that handle calls are really helpful and liaise with engineers regarding your issues before assigning the work to ensure the most appropriate/experienced engineer for your problem is sent out.

Billy came over and helped with our mold issue. Promptly came over at around 8:30 and was very friendly. He helped us investigate within the room to understand where the mold was coming from, and also examined the carpets and ceiling walls. Great service, would recommend

A COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I got in touch with customer service to get a dampness specialist report done (after our generic survey), especially to help us understand an identified leakage better. The person marketed the company as a specialist in this area and I felt like I've gotten to the right place. I sent them an email days before to highlight the areas in the property I wanted them to focus on (which customer service confirmed receipt of). The surveyor completely ignored all this and sent me an extremely poor report. 4 days passed and I still hadn't heard anything from customer service to fix the issue (which isn't ideal when you are buying a house with significant time pressure). A complete rip off! This is a company that purely focuses on profit rather than service (please don't do the same mistake as me). There are much better surveyors out there.

Booking and attendance was fine, but it took a long time to produce a basic report in relation to my gutters and pipes being cleaned and a couple of small pieces of work. The quote provided was eye watering, generic in its description and without any basis in the real world.
It was either they were not interested (not the impression they gave when they attended) or they have an unrealistic opinion of the value of what they provide by way of a service and what others do.
I managed to find an equally reputable contractor to come and clean and fix guttering for 35% of the quote provided.
Be warned!
