Wanted an extra £125 before order released
Placed a £500+ order on Sunday. Received an email on Monday after full payment had been taken to ask for a further £105.00 for delivery. The website states free delivery on orders over £99.00. Very misleading and very poor communications - had to call to chase my refund and was given pathertic excuses from the girl I spoke too.
