We are a law firm that specialises in mis-sold renewable energy products. We have secured a full refund for an Enviroglaze Magic Box customer, because this product certainly didn't provide the promised savings and was totally mis-sold to the customer. The product was sold to the customer for £7,500, but with the finance provided by Creation Consumer Finance, the total cost would have been £12,413. Whilst Enviroglaze is no longer trading, we were able to secure the refund from Creation Consumer Finance for the customer. TO SAY THEY ARE POOR WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT I HAD A THERMODYNAMIC FITTED A LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS AGO IT WAS WORKING WELL UP UNTIL 14/06/2018 WHEN IT FAILED I PHONED THE COMPANY TO REPORT THE FAULT AND WAS TOLD SOME BODY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HOURS A WEEK WENT BY NO CONTACT I RANG AGAIN AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY £188 CALL OUT FEE WHICH WOULD REFUNDED IF THE PRODUCT WAS DEEMED TO BE FAULTY WHICH AFTER AN INSPECTION BY THE ENGINEER THE PUMP WAS DEEMED TO BE AT FAULT THAT WAS REPORTED TO THE COMPANY ON THE 20/06/2018 SINCE THEN I HAVE PHONED WRITTEN LETTERS AND E MAILED THE COMPANY ALL TO NO AVAIL I ASKED FOR MY CALL OUT FEE TO BE REFUNDED AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS UP TO MANAGEMENT AS TO WETHER IT WILL BE REFUNDED I HAVE AGAIN PHONED THE COMPANY TODAY 30/07/2018 AND HAVE BEEN TOLD SOMEBODY WILL CALL ME BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS I WAIT WITH BAITED BREATH MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

A slick sales operation,very poor after sales/service. I suspect they use sub contractors for. I bought the "magic box" thermodynamic water heating installation; installation was over several days by different people, at the end the system did not work due to incorrect installation and they had to come back . After some months the system failed again and they could not come for 5 weeks.After 5 weeks, their man was off sick; phone and you are told that you are "first in the queue", but after a long wait I often give up.I still await a revised date for servicing. I consider this appalling .Incidentally there are far cheaper similar systems on the market so research carefully before you buy.

Be very careful. Thermodynamic unit put in wrongly 5 years ago the whole system needs looking at as it doesn't work at all. This last problem, we are still waiting 5 month later after having the engineers cancelled 4 times. DO NOT TOUCH them. All I get from the so called customer service it sorry they are not coming and I will phone you back with a new date. Then they cancel on the day.

Quick enough to put the stuff in.......terrible, terrible aftercare

Thanks for the reviews on this company selling i am awaiting for a salesman and have already decided that they are aggressive as i was emotionally blackmailed into receiving an engineer/ salesman into my home (after saying no to a home visit somebody rang bang supposedly the persons saying that they were going to give them a written warning because of the way they had spoke to me. there was noting wrong with the way they spoke to me i just did not want somebody turning up at my house, since agreeing to the visit i have read many bad reports about how they operate but at least i am forewarned but apparently the 30 to 40 minutes that is given over the phone for the demo extends to 3½ hours to 4 hours

I made an appointment with Envirosolar after receiving a cold call. The guy who turned up was very polite and courteous albeit somewhat condescending when explaining how a central Heating System works. I did not expect the appointment to take 3 1/2 hours. Everything was fine until we came to the price. The first price given was extortionate and when I said no in came the hard sell. The price was reduced by a third but when I said I would not be making any decions that day the hard sell got 'harder'. 'Let me phone my office'. Where have I heard that before. The price was further reduced to half the original one given. Still very expensive for what is basically a pump in a box. I challenged the salesmans (sorry Advisers) figures regarding savings to which he got very defensive and finally left as I was getting very agitated. The Central Heating Management System seems to be a good one but not at the extortionate price they want.
