I was referred by someone to your company, who actually had not used your service yet, but heard about you. I called with very short notice, asking if I could have DVD's made from a VHS tape of my 25th Anniversary (which was taped 27 yrs. ago). I had lost the video and recently found it, wanting to surprise my children with copies for Christmas. I came to your store and you said it normally take about two to three weeks around the holidays, but would push me ahead, since it meant so much to me. You came thru with your promise and had the DVD's in less than one week. It came out great, my children were completely surprised and it was the big hit for Christmas 2016. We laughed, we cried, since my husband has passed, but so grateful to have captured so many wonderful memories. Thank you to everyone I dealt with and for the excellent service. I have already recommended you to several people.

I choose Envision because they offered a variety of duplication services at good prices (in part due to the holiday sales offering). They duplicated about 12 super 8 movie tapes for me, which were 25+ years old. I recieved my digital copies in a timely manner & somehow I managed to corrupt the memory stick. They tried to help me over the phone, even calling me after hours offering possible fixes to try. In the end Envision downloaded me a new stick to fix the problem. They were great to deal every step of the way. I ended up signing up to scan 1,000 photos to continue my effort to archive family photos and movies.

Great place for all video/audio needs. Had my decayed VHS tape converted and somehow they were able to flawlessly make it happen. Would recommend

This was a Christmas present for my husband and a last minute 1 at that. They were able to have it ready for me before Christmas. Great quality and friendly place will definitely recommend to others.

They handled the job quickly and professionally. Rates are reasonable. Only issue is that finding a parking spot is not easy.

I went to Envision based on a recommendation of a friend who had gone to them years ago and she was please. I have to say so was I. The sales lady was very friendly and easy to speak to. She know all the right questions to ask. My dvds were done ahead of schedule and I cannot wait to give them out at Christmas!

Excellent responsive service from an obviously superior organization

It couldn't have been easier to do business. Dropped off my video tape for transfer and a few days later it was done.

I used this company twice to transfer 8mm home movies to dvds and they did a fantastic job. They were able to preserve movies some as early as 1947. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was told 3 weeks and the item arrived 5 days after the scheduled date. The quality was not that good either which i feel I should have been told about.

I would highly recommend Envision Video Services. Peter and his staff were super pleasant and followed up with a phone call and email as promised. Processing quality was good and completed earlier than I had expected.
I couldn't ask for better customer service.
Best part was getting a promotional discount.
I will sendog more tapes to be processed during their next promotion.

Envision transferred my vacation video from mini-DVs to a DVD. They made all the edits I asked for flawlessly. The DVD and cover artwork is superb. I'm very pleased.

I was sorry to see that the entire video needed tracking. I guess no one really checked & just hit record. Other than that it was okay.

I just read your response & I'm satisfied that the tape was monitored & I do remember what a pain tracking was back then. In view of the age of the tape (approx 35 or more years). It's fine
