Use Caution When Choosing Envy Lords To Manage Your Store
When I first started working with Envy Lords, things were great. They were super responsive, helpful answering all of my many questions, and anything else I needed. They completely designed my Shopify store and took care of everything else. After all of this happened and I had partially paid them for my balance due, we had issues with Shopify Pay. Ultimately leading to my Shopify Pay account getting suspended. Well Envy Lords stated they had another avenue for me to sell with and stated they would get back to me in a few days once it was up and running. I didnt hear from them for around 2 weeks, I sent several messages to them, and when i finally did hear from them they said they would update me shortly. I still have yet to receive this update as of now and its been over a month and a half. I received 4 sales from this random sales channel they created for me, and my Paypal account got reviewed (which is normal they said). I had paid the supplier for the goods, and I needed the confirmation of purchase and shipment from the supplier (which is one of Envy's partners). They had sent me 1 of them which i needed all 4. Its been over 2 weeks since they stated they would send me this info, and now because they have taken so long to do this my Paypal account is now under suspension. The sheer lack of communication from Envy Lords and their partners over the last month and a half is unacceptable. They claim to be very responsive, but they are not. I am facing serious issues with my business that is ultimately their fault and they refuse to even reply to me or help me fix the issue. I have been ghosted by them after they had taken hundreds of dollars of my money. I have no idea what the product we are "selling" is, I have no idea what the website is, I have no idea how much profit we made off of these sales, literally nothing. I have been more than patient with them over this last 2 months and I am done getting pushed around and disrespected when I did nothing wrong.
