I bought 3 pair of shoes which turned out to be the worst quality shoe I’ve ever owned. The sandal ripped after a month, the heels are impossible to walk with, and the boots! The heels of the boot broke, both at the same time while walking.
I reported it and asked for a compensation. After a back and forth of email they agreed to give me $25 cad back out of $300 I had paid. I waited for 3 months, I never received my refund. I gave up.

Won a ‘giveaway’ on the Tik Tok live video about 6/7 weeks ago, messaged them on tik tok to claim the heels and got read and ignored. Then messaged them on instagram they asked for my details and never sent them, then again I sent an email and they said it was the warehouse fault and they was waiting for more stock and there is a delay even though on the website they had the heels and my size available, and not heard anything since! Don’t be fooled by the giveaways they do as it is all just to get more interaction on social media!

Came all wrong sizes I ordered twice all wrong and they don’t accept refund was horrible !

They won’t accept a return of shoes .
My friend bought them me for Christmas. £20 she paid . I have bad feet and I fall over and these were a type of shoes that don’t support my feet . I took them back and they won’t change them even though they haven’t been worn or tried on . Very unhelpful staff . Said my friend would have been told this but she has memory problems and doesn’t understand things . Please avoid .

Don’t buy from them, they didn’t deliver my shoe since, since on the 19th of July after I submitted a claim on the 1st of august they asked me to wait for 28 days. After which the 28 days is up and I sent an email for my refund. Only to get another reply on my mail that they would submit another claim. Just wasting my time and holding my hard earned money after which they disappointed me on my birthday.

Buying sale items there is no communication on the website that you can not return until you have purchased and it is highlighted on the receipt. A poor response from Envy not actually denying the fact and poor excuse that they let you know AFTER you’ve purchased! I returned them via Royal Mail as this fault is with Envy for not making this clear at purchase They offered a credit note that did not work so basically they have taken my money and I have nothing! Disgusting avoid at all costs!

Ordered shoes with Envy.
Received them and checked invoice. They highlighted on the invoice with a highlighter that sale shoes could not be returned unless faulty.
Never dealt with a company that didn’t accept a return or replace something. The shoes are a bit tight and would’ve preferred to swap for the next size but my hands are tied. Not sure this is covered under trading standards but wouldn’t order again from this company. Very disappointed

I emailed customer service to say that the shoes were faulty and literally cut the side of my foot where the stitching was connecting to the slingback so I would appreciate a refund for handling fee when I returned them. No refund!

The shoes did not look similar to their image and the quality was not as good as I’d hoped it would be. The package also came damaged affecting the appearance of the shoes. The condition I had received it was not acceptable at all for a product I had paid for.

First of all I didn’t get my shoes I wanted them for my birthday 29/07/2023, I never got them. And I have been sending emails back and forth between Evri delivery and envy shoes and now Evri has sent me an email stating that they can’t find my parcel and I have sent the same Mail to envy I no longer want a replacement I just want a refund cause it’s useless to me and I had to go buy new shoes else where for my birthday
