Really disappointed with the shoes
Really disappointed with the shoes, felt like plastic. They were ridiculously high, I am used to wearing high shoes and have a very high instep. But these shoes were so high my foot was completely vertical and only my toes are touching the floor! My back and feet hurt after only a couple of minutes walking in the bedroom! So disappointed as these were ordered for my birthday and a special celebration dinner.

Quick and easy delivery
Quick and easy delivery. Shoes were very gorgeous and most comfortable to walk in that I’ve ever had , however I ordered see through plastic ones at the front and after a few hours of wearing them, then dug into my toes and bled and left me with nasty scabs. In general comfortable wear but just the type of shoe it was

I bought them for a night out an I was complimented loads, I would recommend using some kind ve cushioning as feet were left a little sore from dancing.

Be careful when ordering here. The added tax money and shipping fee doesn’t get returned to you. I had to chase them down via email for a return label as the return link provided on their website was broken. Instead of getting refunded £37.74, I have been refunded £30.75 ?? Bare in mind my shoes weren’t even in the sale (sale shoes aren’t refunded at all). The shipping fee was £3.99 which is fair enough not refunding that but they’ve obviously not refunded me on tax either. Anyway I’ve learnt my lesson, not ordering from here again and ALWAYS reading the small print. £7 down the drain. ORDER #55950

Was my first time purchasing from them. The boots were amazing but unfortunately it was way too big for my feet and of course they don’t have any affordable way to send the boots back so now I’m stuck with boots I cannot wear/ enjoy. Rather disappointed. I want to purchase from them again but I’m hesitant that I’ll end up in the same situation

Rude replies
Ordered some boots and they were gorgeous. The exact same as pictures. Was so exited. However they arrived and on the confirmation it stated you are unable to return sale items. I didn’t know this until they had arrived. I emailed asking if I could exchange as since being pregnant my feet have swelled and needed a bigger size. I got a lovely reply saying I could have store credit. However when they received my return I got a very rude email. I was quite shocked how abrupt it was even tho I printed copies of the previous emails about the store credit. I can not fault the products but just know you are unable to return sale items and they can be quite rude towards you. When buying something this really puts me off.

Super fast delivery, my order arrived but sadly was too big, I returned them (quick and easy) and received a smaller size in a different style in the blink of an eye. Beautiful boots at a great price. Definitely be ordering again x

Ordered a few items and paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day and delivery never turned up…… Items arrived the day after. Contacted Envy and was continual told it was a busy time and these things happen. Agree they do but if you PAY extra for next day it should turn up next day!
