I used to hesitate working with Chinese suppliers because, in my experience, many are primarily focused on making money and often fail to provide proper support once the payment is made. However, this supplier has completely changed my perception. They have always been available when I needed assistance and even handled after-sales service issues, sometimes at a loss to themselves. Sales service was extremely poor. Item was said to be available when it was not available. No communication from sales person , but only after enquiry was done. Then a lack of availability story was given. Will not recommend this company for future purchases.
