Bought an item from Ebay. Seller didn't send it opened a case with Ebay. Seller asked me to close the case and they would send a replacement this didn't happen. Stay away from this company. Marty

I doubt that this company are about looking to improve! And I regret that a
minus is not available.
We purchased a Redring water heater in June. By August it was leaking. Contacts and requests for help eventually led to a request for us to return it.We did so the following day. After which,repeated requests for a replacement went unanswered or met with responses about us being patient because they had supplier problems.
We had purchased via Amazon and have to say that on this occasion we were disappointed with their seeming reluctance to accept any responsibility in the matter.We had then been without access to showering, hair wash or reasonable body wash down facilties for a long time as the heater provided washing and showering in our only bathroom.
At last after further delaying tactics from this firm , Amazon took over and issued a refund that we will receive in 5 to 7 days.
Eoutlet are in our experienced opinion, are a firm to be avoided at all costs and we have asked Amazon to consider removing them from their Internet site.

Sent me the wrong cable for my tab3, don't want to send me the correct cable, ask that I pay to return the wrong cable they sent to me, then ignored my request.
