Worst company ever. I hope the UK industry shifts to someone else. They are absolutely obsessed with security. I have to change my password all the time—I just changed it 3 days ago! Now I'll probably have to change it again. I hate them so much. When I actually need support, they are never there. I'm just wasting my time with this portal. It is the worst ever.
Absolutely hopeless. I would use stronger words to describe this lot, but I fear that my review would be taken down if I did.
Their software worked okay for a while then they stopped it working on Windows 11 machines for absolutely no reason (their excuse is so lame). Really, they want to force you to a pay monthly subscription for use of what amounts to a glorified spreadsheet program.
I had two activations. They have also stopped it working on Windows 10 (for me). I am using the same computer as that which I have used plenty of times before, but it throws an error message, saying unable to contact the EP license server, and they say that I have to contact their support in Burbank to activate. When I did I get mucked around, pushed from one phone number to another. Eventually, you get to speak to someone who says they are no longer supporting the product and can do nothing to help.
It wasn't worth the £400 to pay for something that a half decent spreadsheet template can do better, so I am not paying a monthly fee in excess of £30. Absolutely rubbish service. Not worth the money to go to their 'upgrade'.
Find an alternative, especially if you are outside the USA, where EP have a stranglehold on this type of software. There are plenty out there. Let's support those trying to break that stranglehold, the disruptors.
Started really well, then randomly my email address was blocked. Spent months trying to get through to support teams but was just passed around. Customer service seems to be non-existent in the UK.
