Simple, smooth experience

easy to do and had to make some modifications and resubmitted photo, it was very quick and easy to use. Turnaround time was within minutes.

Fast and easy! I received my edited photo in less than 20 minutes. Thankfully, I was provided a digital and print template because the government didn't have record of my passport to renew online, so I had to have it printed and mail it in. Go figure. I just received notification that the renewal was approved. Thank you!

Great service would have taken me many tries to format a photo myself

This service was less expensive than driving to a drug store, was able to remove any background, asked for a new photo without shadows on the face, reviewed it for compliance, and delivered the final product in less than hour.
The digital photo was accepted by the state department and the passport renewal application accepted.

I needed to resize a photo for a USA passport application, and I paid for this service because I needed to do it in a hurry. But the resized photo that I got back looked awful because they had processed it to make the background white. The result looked obviously digitally altered, which the authorities don't like. So I ended up manually resizing my own photo to the correct dimensions anyway. ePassportPhoto refused to either send me a better version of the image or to refund me.

It is fast, easy, and accepted by Federal Passport officials.

I tried multiple times to get a photo with a white or off-white background as required but nothing was satisfactory. EpassportPhoto replaced my photo's background with a plain white one, fine-tuned it and my photo was accepted by the government's passport renewal process.

I was searching online for where to get inexpensive passport photos and this website was recommended. The process is very easy. I took a selfie, and ePassportPhoto cleaned it up and eliminated all the background to produce a guaranteed acceptable passport photo (which was accepted!). I had a follow-up inquiry and their customer service was outstanding (thanks Julie)!

You did what you said you were going to do--that is, take a self-shot passport photo that couldn't pass muster with the US State Dept. website and tweaked it so it could.

The picture came out real good and absolutely as per standards. The process was super easy. The platform is safe and I would recommend it to everyone. It's lot cheaper than any other retail outlet.

I was able to set my phone up on a timer and take the picture myself. They were able to completely remove all of the background and clean up the photo so it was immediately approved by the passport application. The first picture I took had a lighting issue, and they were able to have me re-take and re-submit a photo at no extra cost. This was well worth the money spent and you truly have professionals handling the photo who do this often. I had zero issues and highly recommend anyone who needs their passport photo done to use this site.
