Very bad support, not helpful

Hi, i want to share my very bad experience with epaycards.de. I have bought several cards in Germany (Heidelberd, Leimen), and top-up vouchers. I have registered an account at epaycards.de site and tried to top-up one of my cards. The message said that my voucher code was accepted, but this did not affect my account balance. It stayed the same: 0.00 EUR. I have contacted support, and they said (after some check, I hope) that my voucher was not activated at the point-of-sale. And that i have to go to the point of sale and activate it there , again. I have contacted point-of-sale (why I should do that in the first place??), the gas station in Germany, and they said that the voucher was activated. I have photos of the voucher and of the card, receipts. This does not make any sense, epaycard can activate voucher remotely using the serial number. They just want to get rid of the annoying client problem. Voucher cost is 52 euro, + 10 euro card cost.
