Hello dear Epayservices

Hello dear Epayservices! Today i made complaint about you to the Arbiter for financial services. Many times I annoyed you in tickets when you send me verification request. You always promising that in the nearest future. Is it professional answer of pay service? You are breaking terms and conditions! You do not supply customers with proper services. All your typical promises like ' after verification you can use your funds' sound like excuses. Your customers do not trust you any more. The more you delay the more problems you have. I apply to all people here not to sit and just wait when wonder happens.Complain to Arbiter or Ombudsman!

I would like to make a group that includes as many members as possible who have an account registered in epayservice so that we can gather to make a petition... and at the same time to arrange a group of lawyers from a company of lawyers in Malta to act at the ECHR or in the Maltese court this illegal activity that undermines our access to our money. I suspect that this company is the next FTX AMERICAN illegal scheme to steal money from our accounts or to remain with money forever blocked for themselves. we are not talking about compensation of thousands of euros for these thiefs

I dont write cero only bc is not possible, i tried to sign up and to make verification the website didn’t accept my passport pic on any format, not even jpg o pdf, changing the size, nothing worked, this was a month ago and i wanted to try again and now the website doesn’t accept to create an account with my phone numer, nor any of my emails or even two different options of usernames, is a full on waste of time.

I am in the same situation….no one contacted me for any verification ticket yet. Same robotic answers as another person Rina said. And I have a lot of money in my wallet, is not like is nothing in there! but… Instead…I got email with their Easter schedule and also they charged the 2€ monthly maintenance…… what a joke!! Thank you for letting know your Easter schedule Epayservice, while we are starving looking at our “frozen” money and your useless fooling answers.

Even if it costs you a fortune to go for a different banking service, do it. They have literally stolen the money of all of their customers. Same as others in these reviews, they have held our money without a proper explanation since 24th February. I have salaries and taxes to pay, but we haven't been able to do so because of them for 2 months now. They are frauds, vile and disgusting people who do not care that they are literally destroying lives.

Signed up very recently early March, went through everything that was asked of me.

Money is just sitting there for 10 days now. Can't be transferred. You are earning interest on my money.

Send it back to MFC so I can have it sent to another service. Nope I guess returning the money would be too 'high risk'.

You know who is 'high risk'? ePay is high risk.

So at that point you have illegally held funds for God knows how long and now rejected the person - who you allowed to set up funding for that account in the first place - what happens to their money? You can't hold it forever. Either release it to the customer or send it back to the payout company ALONG with INTEREST.

They are scammers, criminals and thieves. Just like the other comments they started this stupid nonsense reason about compliance bs! What they really do is steal your identity and they also try to make up new lies and problems so you can’t get access to your money even after doing their video verification since January 2023 no access to the money. And after providing everything thing they asked for our individual tax number! I bet next is social security number! So they can sell our data’s on the black market for fake IDs! You will never see your money again and it’s time for interpol to investigate these scammers. I also think we should all connect and take mass legal actions against them! This has gotten out of hand! Even if everything was fine in the beginning and you were able to get your money don’t trust them! It is not safe! You will lose all your money! Better get a CosmoPayment account or paxum they are safer and have better reviews too! I’m so angry at these criminals! It’s absolutely not safe! I still don’t have access and guess what they lie and say “high risk” this is a lie! How are cam models who always receive their payment from the same source for years high risk?! They have all informations passport, work contract, bank statements, proof of address now they wanted my tax number 🤬

Why did you accept us as your clients…

Why did you accept us as your clients knowing already we are working in “high risk” fields jobs if you can not manage this? You already accepted us knowing and having all the documents and informations from begin. The measures taken are extreme, without us to be told in advanced. Just an informing email that all our withdrawals are suspended is not acceptable. . Amazing how horrible this is

Amazing how horrible this is!
They work with company that I receive my founds from and they still blocked all my founds due too “high risk” - silly reason!
It was already 3 weeks and nobody contacted me to fix this issue.
My account is verified! 3 months ago I already showed them all documents they asked for! All was ok. But now I can not get my founds again!
I see that many people are complaining here due to the same reason.. this is not fun at all..

Anyone already passed trough the verification?

I can understand the process that epayservices goes trough a rough verification process. This is happening since 24th of February, according to the email sent, and according to the representative that keeps answering these reviews.
But, I am so curious, is there anyone that has been trough this late verification process? Anyone who can come and say ”Hey, my account was blocked but I passed the verification process and now I have acces to my money again”.
Or, someone is just being nice in here, keeps answering to this reviews, appologiseing and all of a sudden, one day we will not even have acces to our accounts and lose our money?

Frustration

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with your service. As a valued customer, I expect to be treated with respect and transparency, and unfortunately, this was not the case.

Without any prior warning or notification, my account was frozen, and I was unable to access any of my funds that I spent so much time catching!!! This caused a significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine, and I was left feeling frustrated and confused as to why this had happened.

I find it unacceptable that your service did not have the courtesy to inform me of this action beforehand, leaving me to discover the problem only when I attempted to access my account. As a customer, I should be given the opportunity to rectify any issues or errors that may have caused this action, and I believe I was denied this opportunity.

I urge your service to review its policies and procedures and to take steps to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again. I would appreciate a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, including an explanation of why my account was frozen and what steps are being taken to prevent this from happening in the future.

I have had a very negative experience…

I have had a very negative experience with their service. Recently, I received an email informing me that my account had been subject to enhanced due diligence and that I would not be able to withdraw my funds until the full completion of all regulatory procedures.

I promptly responded to their request, but it has now been more than three weeks since and I still have not heard anything from them. I sent follow-up emails, but they were unable to provide me with any concrete information about the status of my account.

To make matters worse, I have come across information that suggests that this is not an isolated incident and that many other users are experiencing the same issue.

This looks like a scam every day more and more.

As a result of this experience, I am now forced to temporarily disable any new income to be transferred to my account. I feel scammed and powerless in this situation. I will for sure inform the jurisdiction in my country about this issue.

Overall, I would not recommend using ePayServices. Their lack of transparency and communication has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the safety of my funds.

Worst service EVER EXISTS!!!! They don’t let you take your money MONTS because of miracle “technical issues” &continue to accept income transactions! Insane!!!
The “support” doesn’t answer or give you strange messages once in days! They blocked so many accounts without letting them withdraw any money! &just don’t answer
One day I woke up and just couldn’t take my money via any way.
They lie here when they say “it’s working for Ukrainian cards” no! It doesn’t! I have so many proves ! Neither for SEPA or Swift or ANY WAY.
Please I beg you never use their wallet! I swear It’s a nightmare

If you lose access = they won’t help you to enter in your wallet.

First of all, all verified accounts have a number of withdrawal options, if any option is suspended, you always have alternative methods to withdraw funds from (verified) account.
We would also like to attract your attention to clients applications to support service processing timeframes. As most of payment systems usually it takes up to 24 hours for general questions. You also can receive a quick answer to your general question or your application to change phone number via our Live-Chat.

Avoid this company when receiving…

Avoid this company when receiving payments from the company you work for. They block the funds under a silly reason of high risk Field activity ,just so you can not withdraw your money. They are obviously ok with working with the companies that you get your payment from, since they accept payments from them. There is no reason such as "high risk". Avoid them because they are scammers. They need to be sued,otherwise they will steal our money!

If You've Been Blocked, Take Action

First, they are lying about having to comply with any sort of regulations, just like they lied about an "upgrade" to wire transfer services. (That was 4+ months ago and they still maintain it's an upgrade but with no timeline).

There is nothing "high risk" about the accounts they are blocking as they clearly are okay with receiving money from the companies paying it, it's just a problem when you want to withdraw money.

For those who have gone through this, contact the company paying you and let them know ePayService is blocking withdrawal of funds and ask them to complain directly and threaten to stop using their service. I have already done so, but others need to do it so companies will stop using this soon-to-be-out-of-business service.
