Please avoid at all costs Dodgy Tom wants £4 per lead

Please avoid Tom @ EPC Expert at all costs, I'm being spammed daily its a shame this dodgy plc is trying to rob anyone and everyone and no one has yet taken him off for good. He called me and was trying the hard sell in march but I realised that he was taking me for a ride and now he is just trying to send annoying message’s about Alan said we were fantastic well I think he needs to wake up maybe if Alan is real he may want to say something else or is he being ignored too

Disappointing

As a DEA I constantly receive texts from this company, which I am not interested in. I have tried contacting them to stop sending them but with no success.

If you are a looking for an EPC try using the EPC register on the government website where you can find a local assessor in your area :-)

Constant emails and texts even thought…

Constant emails and texts even thought I’ve replied I’m not interested and today tried to find a contact number to speak with some one to ask to stop sending these but no number exists, the website is poor with pages returning as not valid.
IF SOMEONE FROM EPC EXPERT.CO IS READING THIS PLEASE STOP SPAMMING ME.
If your looking to get an EPC completed I’d avoid this company.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Thought I would give this company a go for a supply of leads after constant messaging saying they have work available for us. A few leads sent and every one of them was uncontactable and they wanted us to provide evidence we have called them. It wouldn’t be in our interest to take leads and not follow them up so it’s like they were blaming us. They wouldn’t refund us what we paid and were really threatening in their emails to us. They are really unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. We will be informing our network of our assessors regarding this company.

This company sent me txt messages to offer jobs, then sent me invoices despite the fact i never signed up with them and never did their work. of the 4 they claim, 2 never had EPC's done by me, 1 is out of my area, 1 had booked their service was let down and called me from the register. Now they have sent me false legal letters threatening all sorts if i don't pay their invoices.

SCAM

SCAM, scam, scam! Beware & AVOID!

Whether you’re customers or Energy Assessors, DO NOT use this company! Never give any details to them. They have no address or phone number to contact and neither on their suspicious website. Some of the links on their website you can’t click on apart from when they’re asking for your details.

I too fell in their trap. Was sent so many emails and text messages with random and empty leads. Then invoices were to follow. Emailed them asking for contact details to speak to someone. Reply was short and unprofessional. Their practices won’t pass through the legal system with no agreements and contact details. Xero where they sent the invoices from advised me to ignore them. This company sent invoices from Xero using the names of EPC Expert / JTPR Ltd.

I will be reporting them to Trading Standards because now they sent me invoices again.

Experts of nothing! SCAMMERS!

Same as the rest of the reviews! Total con artists trying to send invoices out for commercial leads when I’m a DEA. Call yourselves epc experts! Chase me for whatever - I’ve never agreed to give you a penny and no credit company will agree to take on a case from you.

Charging per lead even when job is not taken on

Signed up and they charge per lead uneven when you use the lead feedback form. I did not agree to this.
Do not sign up... not ethical at all.
No telephone number to call them, obviously do not how to deal with people when they have questions or are asked why they are deducting so much money.
I wish I had just done 5 mins research before signing up.
They are also rude on email.
Do NOT sign up.... you can generate enough business yourself and customers should use the government website - find an epc assessor to find a local assessor and get a price because epc expert does not discuss these details with assessors anyway.

A bunch of spivs trying to con you and me…

I have had the same experience of the rest of you, these leeches need to shut down. False leads and invoices. After receiving a lead after sending multiple emails to reiterate I would not be paying them I just blocked their number from my phone.
Trading standards need to shut them down like they did spivs selling tips at the racecourse.

Obviously a scam company sending me invoices for leads I never asked for

This company sent me a text message to see if I wanted leads for EPCs.

Once I found each lead would cost £7.50, I just ignored it. Still, the company kept on sending me leads. The leads just comprised an amateurish text message showing just a name, address and telephone number, all written in lower case.

Despite all this, they keep on sending me invoices, even though the first couple of times they invoiced me I told them clearly I wouldnt be paying as I never signed up, something this they refuted.

I received my latest invoices yesterday, despite not having heard from them in a couple of months.

I repeat, I never signed up. Is there anyone that I can speak to to prevent them from doing this. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Called me to see if I wanted epc leads and…

Called me to see if I wanted leads and I said no. Only because they sell it to multiple people and you could pay for nothing.

All of a sudden I'm getting leads and asking for payment.

Don't tell them any of your information and do not work for them. Con!
