Got epc simple to come do a job in the…

Got epc simple to come do a job in the first week of September they wanted half upfront which was £750 paid it and no one turned up they rearranged for the week after no one turned up and I'm still waiting it's now end of February and still waiting 95 percent of my emails are now being ignored all I want now is a refund but epc hasn't replied to any emails I've sent in the last 6 weeks. Do not use this company stay away and avoid this company like the plague

Hi Phill could you please contact me at contact@epcsmadesimple.co.uk or ring me on 07985615179. I believe you have the wrong company we charge £50 for an EPC not £750. We also don't take payment until a assessor has been to your property & completed your EPC.
