If I could give 0 stars I would.

Booked a property with them via Airbnb.

When we arrived at the property there was no key in the lock box and there was rubbish strewn across the front porch.

After 1 hour they informed us via message that the property was unavailable. Neither of the phone lines offered are personed so we were unable to talk to anyone about our problem.

Do not book with this group.

Avoid

Totally unprofessional company, the apartment I rented next to The Christie in Withington was advertised as perfect for Long Stays this couldn’t be further from the truth. It is not equipped for long stays at all. The apartment has a window in the living room that won’t close, it was -3degrees the night we arrived and there was freezing cold air blowing in. The standard of cleanliness was appalling, the previous tenants dirty/wet/stained towels and sheets were left in the bedroom absolutely disgusting. Every surface, towel and flooring was thick with dirt. We phoned to report our problems, angel said she was going to send a cleaner, we sat waiting for her to arrive for 3 hours in the freezing cold. When the cleaner eventually arrived she had no cleaning products with her and proceeded to clean the hob in the kitchen with damp toilet roll. She used a cloth with no cleaning products to clean the base of the stools that were thick with dirt and then used the same cloth to clean the kitchen worktops without rinsing it. It was at this point we felt that we had no option but to leave, my husband was there to have major surgery and needed somewhere clean and warm to sleep. We were advised to leave the key with the cleaner, the next day we struggled to get through to the company to see what was happening for hours. The whole experience was awful, it made a really stressful time even worse, I absolutely would not recommend dealing with this company at all. We are now waiting to get our damage deposit back.

Airbnb managed by EPE Group.

I stayed in an AirBnB managed by EPE and unfortunately had a truly awful experience.
EPE charged a £60 cleaning fee for the guests stay - and it was clear they had taken the peoples money before me and not completed any of the required work.

There was a condom in the living room, the shower was blocked, 2 used and old razors were in the shower, the sink tap was hanging off, there were no towels or toilet paper despite being advertised, the bed was broken (to the point you could not sleep in it and the slats were broken under the bed). Best of all, there was no hot water... how could the flat have been cleaned without hot water?

I raised all of this with them at 3pm on the day of our first stay. They asked to call me, I acknowledged, and then I didn't receive a call. I instead got a message at 3am saying "please reach out to us via message if you have any concerns"... is this not what I had been doing for hours prior?

I eventually called them at 9am on the second day and asked what on earth was going on. It turns out Angel had referred our case to maintenance, but not received a reply, and no one had updated us. They offered to send out a cleaner instead, but my point was once again, how can you clean without hot water? Also, the cleaners wont be able to fix the bed, the sink, or unclog the drain?

Eventually I requested a refund and asked if I could vacate the property. They agreed I could check out and that a refund would be provided. To my surprise, they only refunded 60% of our cost. When I contacted them, they said they were still charging for the first night?

I challenged them and said but its not my fault you didn't get back to me, or didn't resolve it sooner? If I knew nothing could really be done the same day, I wouldn't have stayed? and they have continued to decline me a refund of 40% of my stay despite accepting they fell short, and they wouldn't expect anyone to stay in those conditions, but they hope I can understand their position?

I'm not paying £120 to sleep in a broken bed, with no hot water, condoms on the floor, broken appliances, amongst everything else. A hostel for £20 would have better accommodation.

Can't recommend them, as they simply don't do the right thing. Their service is awful.

Just Amazing!

I recently traveled from Turkey to visit Bolton, and my stay at the Stunning Scandi in Manchester was exceptional. The place was absolutely beautiful, and Belle, the host, was incredibly accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The property itself was stunning, providing both comfort and style. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Bolton!

Very outgoing company

Very outgoing company, I spoke with Belle regarding managing our properties and she was very helpful they have taken some from us to manage and I have to say I am very happy with what they have done and the rental income we have been making! We will be using them in future for more!

We had an amazing time at the stunning…

We had an amazing time at the stunning Bolton abode- pool table.We had plenty of privacy and the location was absolutely stunning. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place was even better than the photos and spotless in every area.
