Advent calendar

I ordered a calendar, which I assumed had whiskey in it as it cost $35. When it arrived there was no weight in it at all, I reported this. Submitted a video. Explained it was a present and could not be opened until Dec 1. Once open the disappointment was palpable on my Husbands face, bit of plastic with string you have to attach yourself. Basically something to hang on a tree. If you gave a child an advent calendar which contained no chocolate can you imagine. I have asked and asked and asked for the return address for a refund and all they ever say is accept $10 which I don't want to do. Also at point of purchase they charged an extra $10 which I claimed back!! DO NOT USE!!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I purchased 2 deluxe perfume advent calendars and they were plastic pictures of perfume to hang on the tree. No perfume whatsoever. False advertising and a complete rip off.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke, I purchased what I thought was a luxury mini perfume advent calendar. 6 weeks later I received what I can only describe as trash. Little pieces of plastic in the shape of perfume bottles. Flat things you would put on string like tree decorations. I also purchased a sensory advent calendar for an autistic child and what I thought was going to be different little things for a child to see smell and touch turned out to be just like the mini perfume calendar. Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost.

SCAM!!!.

SCAM!!!.
Ordered 2 perfume advent calenders for my girl's. They have arrived today and are not usable perfumes but plastic cutouts. Spent 48 pound plus p&p. Fuming. Contacted them to return and refund as not fit for purpose or as described, to no avail. So in total over 50 pound down, with a pile of tat not worth a tenner. Please don't fall for their SCAMS, if it seems too good to be true, it is!

Misleading advertisement and unhelpful customer service

I ordered a Christmas calendar from this company after seeing their advertisement, which showed a completely different and much higher-quality product than what I actually received.
The calendar I got looked cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the photos on their website.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they claimed the product was “correct” and offered me a ridiculous compensation of only 8 units of currency.
After sending photos showing the obvious difference, they still insisted they had done their best — which is simply not true.

This company is misleading customers and refuses to resolve issues honestly. I have reported the matter to my bank to try to get my money back and want to warn others not to fall for the same scam.

Avoid this company at all costs.
