Fast efficient service. Can't get Maizena in the UK. Makes perfect white sauce with no lumps. Just love to get French biscuits too. What would I do without Epicerie Corner?

Excellent company for choice of products and customer service

Faultless! This is my fourth order from Epicerie Corner and finally they have sorted out their packing issues. This time my order arrived really well packed - there were no damaged or missing items and everything was still really cold. What a lovely change from my previous orders (after the 3rd I had stopped ordering because of all the issues). Well done to Jean and his team for making your company into one that I would love to order from regularly.

Excellent company. A very good selection of foods which are difficult to obtain in the U K. The prices are also very reasonable. Packing was extremely good. Delivery, I am pleased to say, was by DHL which, in my opinion, is the best courier without a doubt. Highly recommended.

I have been using this 2 in 1 Dop shampoo and conditioner for many years. Started when I was resident in France and now at last I have the original product again.
I have found that it is not only an excellent conditioning shampoo but it seems to work very well as an overall body wash which works for me as I have dry skin, this leaves my skin moisturised and itch free!
I shall certainly be shopping here again.
Price is right and product genuine.with prompt efficient delivery.

I have ordered twice now from Epicerie Corner, and both time I have been absolutely delighted with the products and the service. Both orders contained butter (amongst other "refrigerator" items) which was so well packaged that it was still as solid as if it had just been taken from the fridge. All other items were wonderfully packaged too.

I made an error with my most recent order in that I selected a delivery date that I subsequently realised (on the scheduled day of dispatch) wasn't convenient. I emailed Jean and received a reply to say that it was no problem to push my delivery back a day as my order hadn't yet been packed.

It is so great to be able to buy wonderful French food products in the UK and have them delivered to your door. Thank you Jean and Epicerie Corner, keep up your great work. Until next time. :)

We ordered 5 packs of 6 galettes last week, along with a few other items, for delivery today. However, when the delivery arrived today, it contained only 2 packs of 4 galettes (the other items were as ordered). So, instead of receiving 30 galettes, as expected, we received 8. There had been no communication to say that they couldn't fulfil that part of the order, until we saw the packing note with the delivery. This made it impossible to make alternative plans for the event at which we required 30 galettes. A refund for £5 was initiated the day before the delivery, with no communication to explain why. Once the delivery arrived, and we realised the shortfall, we contacted them and another refund of £9.99 was initiated, but only having contacted them, even though they were aware of the extent of the shortfall. This was all very disappointing!

Excellent meat, delivered fresh. Only issue is the long wait for delivery.

My second order on Epiceriecorner was even better than the first one if possible. The products are authentic French ones and everything is packed very carefully. The delivery is fast and I'm very happy I discovered this site! Thank you!

Great product unavailable elsewhere promptly delivered and well packaged

1st time ordered - Excellent!

I have ordered several times and the lumpfish roe they have is delicious , recently I ordered some mimiolette cheese as I’d always wanted to try it , I’m very glad I did it was divine ! Everything arrives perfectly chilled and so very well packaged .

Goods ordered AND paid for on 9 December, when the package arrived 17 December one item was marked as not available and refunded. It was a smaller size of the same product which had been sent - had I been called and asked about a substitute? No. And why does any delivery take over a week? Had they substituted another of the larger size as a goodwill gesture? NO. It involved me in a nearly 30 mile return journey to nearest shopping centre to find an alternative to what was to be in a hamper. When I raised it on 18 December I was told by Jean that he/she did not know about the lack of stock nor that packing note said it was refunded and asked what was it that was missing. It hadn't been refunded. Could I send a copy of the packing note - implication was I had to prove I wasn't making it up? It was lucky I didn't tear packing note up in disgust. I was promised a refund in 2-3 days ...today 3 January raised fact that I still have no refund - today's response is that the refund didn't process as expected...! Good customer service this isn't. Why does the Customer have to chase them up to ensure they do what they have charged us for and /or said they will do? Use again? Not likely.
