We have explained multiple times, in writing, that the product you purchased is intended for Mac, as Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 for PC is no longer compatible with current Windows versions, being an outdated product. This limitation is imposed by Microsoft, not by us.
Despite this, and without any obligation to do so, we offered you a superior product, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021, as a replacement, at no additional cost. This product has a higher market value and broader functionality than the one originally purchased.
Unfortunately, after several email exchanges, you did not show any interest in resolving the situation amicably. Instead, you repeatedly rejected any proposed solution and focused solely on escalating the situation and damaging our company’s reputation.
For clarity:
• The product details were explained to you multiple times by our support team.
• The license offered as replacement was new, legitimate, and superior, not “recycled”, and fully functional.
• We acted in good faith and went beyond our legal obligations to help you.
Even at this stage, although the issue is not caused by us, we remain willing to replace your product with a superior version, as previously proposed, in order to close this matter professionally.
We have fully documented the entire correspondence and will provide it to the relevant authorities if needed.
Our goal has always been to resolve the issue fairly, not to create conflict.

Dear Customer,

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify an important detail. You purchased 39 license codes specifically for mobile devices and successfully activated all of them via Bitdefender Cloud. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding their compatibility with PC devices.

While we understand your frustration, we believe that a 1-star review based on an assumption rather than the actual product functionality may not accurately reflect the service provided. If there’s anything we can do to assist or clarify further, we’d be happy to help.
