The Outdoor bottle filter, 750 ones, are not working. I felt like I just got scammed when I bought a $128 worth of it too.

I am very pleased with the water filter but not so much with their filter replacement program. I just got a refund for an unfulfilled filter order that I had placed almost three months ago.

Stay away. I've ordered and paid for a water filter two months ago which was 'in stock' but it still has not been delivered. Support ignores all emails. Have to report as non-delivery fraud to credit card provider.

Stay away from Epic Water: I bought 2 jugs (1 Epic and 1 Nano) with filters - both were faulty. The company sent replacement filters but to my surprise those were also malfunctioning! So 4/4 filters faulty. This is not a trustworthy company.

Good product but

EXTREMELY bad customer service.

Take money but REFUSE to refund missing orders marked as unfulfilled for a MONTH because "its already packed. We can't cancel packed products"

Then they cancel my subscription WITHOUT permission anyway instead sorting out the parcel that is 6 weeks LATE.

Subscribed to the replacement filter, when I complained that I hadn’t received a replacement (which I’d been charged for), I was refunded the money and they cancelled my subscription. I had to chase them many times for the replacement, I didn’t want to cancel subscription just wanted the money I’d paid to be refunded. They offered me a promo code which means absolutely nothing as the one I’d like to purchase has been sold out online for months and months. If you have supply issues inform your customers ahead of time instead of expecting them to chase them cancelling subscriptions when they chase.

What happened to this company?? Started off so well but now they have a website full of items that aren't in stock. Worst of which is replacement filters rendering the pure pitcher I have useless. No update on their website or socials about production or stock issues, no replies to emails yet continue to take subscription money. So wrong, how difficult is it to just be honest. Going by all the recent reviews on here their reputation is now trash. Subscription is cancelled and will be sourcing another filter company. Shame as genuinely enjoyed how the water tasted with their filters, better than anyone else out there.

The product is great but I have been unable to access a replacement filter. I’ve been trying since February.

The actual product was good, but when I tried to order a new filter it never came. I took this up with customer service who kept saying “it should be delivered soon”. After waiting 2 months I came to realisation it wasn’t going to come. Epic filters didn’t want to refund me after countless requests, so now I’m left with a useless jug without any filters

Poor Customer Service
I invested in their jug and filters (which are great quality) but desperate for a replacement filter. Literally sent them over 10 emails, almost daily sending them messages on their FB page. No response. I don't want to pay double the price for a replacement filter on Amazon. Sorry to resort to leaving you a negative review, but PLEASE respond to my emails and messages. I just need a replacement filter otherwise I would have to bin the jug, which is money I don't want to throw down the drain
