They have a bunch of products that they show in stock, but haven't got physically. And warranty means nothing to them, don't trust it
Edit: they send an email about refunding (3-10 business days). Never got it, had to contact them after 2 months 3 times to actually make it happen. Once again, classic scamming
They will scam you if you need to use your warranty.
It is not worth the hassle to buy from them only if you are fine without having warranty.
every time I order from them they are pretty good and responsive. I have ordered in Bucharest and Brașov as well. they have you options from 3 separate brands and they check the compatibility of the parts with your car by matching the VIN number of your car.
I ordered Lawnmowner and they deliver a use one with dripping oil but i decided to check if the product works.during the assembling, one of the screws could not be monted so i use one for my own stash. I passed this as well and said that is a minor fault even though without this screw i could have not use the mowner.i tried to start it and it barely worked. After a few seconds it stoped and could not start again. Since obviously it was faulty,i decided to return it to the seller. I havent heard for more that a week and i decided to give them a call. After they have already received the product and they bluntly just said that they do not accept it because i tried to use it and contains gasoline. Obviously, if you want to test the product you need to add gasonine as this lawnmowner was with gasoline engine. Poor to barely inexistent customer care.they tried to sell used products for price of new ones. Totally not recommend.
