They did not deliver what was promised
They did not deliver what was promised. They do not understand e-commerce. As part of our contract they had to download orders from a site which they could not do. They didn't know that a simple common plug-in would do it. My client was very unhappy. Their money back guarantee means nothing. Buyer beware.
