Don’t know what went wrong but product…
Don’t know what went wrong but product did not work easy like the videos show,and needs more instructive instructions on mixing cause my color did not mix at all and it turned out horrible looking now I have 16ft of counter top that looks bad and my store opens in a week,don’t know what to do now to fix it without starting all over and tearing it all out and spending more money,I’m sure this is a good product and don’t want to knock it, it just was not the experience I was expecting,Frustrating!

Video and instructions did not explain…
Video and instructions did not explain well how to pour the epoxy--we had a huge flood of the epodex on our cabinets and floors when we poured the epoxy per the instructions. Probably need to wait a while to let it jellify and masking tape is not strong enough to hold back the liquid epoxy--need something strong like cardboard along the counters to hold back the liquid.

We’d like to clarify that our countertop kit is designed for a 1/16" application thickness, which ensures optimal results. The epoxy resin is liquid, similar to water, to allow for self-leveling. As noted in the instructions, it’s crucial to apply the resin on an even surface. If the surface is uneven, the resin will flow to lower areas, which may cause the flooding you described.
When applied to a properly leveled surface, standard masking materials are sufficient for containing the resin at the recommended 1/16" thickness.

My bathtub and wall look beautiful! The paint was thin.. and I had to catch the runs at times. But you have to be vigilant! 3 coats on tub itself( went from pink to white) and 2 on walls( teal to gray). Take your time. Looks great!

Easy to order
Easy to order, priced reasonably. I had questions prior to my purchase and they were answered quickly and clearly. Once I received my order, it was easy to use and dried without any bubbles, just as claimed. I was using it in temperatures that were slightly below 60 degrees, but it still performed well with no problems.

Poor customer service. I complained because I did not receive the quantity of product I selected in the purchase and when I contacted the company they did not respond to me about the difference I mentioneduct delivery.

The ease of use and beautiful outcome…
The ease of use and beautiful outcome made my experience with EPODEX wonderful. The coat leveling is much better than a previous product I used. I am a novice learning how to do simple upgrades with epoxy and mineral paints.

Not a good experience
I didn't receive the order that I chose on their website, then the product spilled and had to be repackaged by FedEx. I contacted epodex and asked them for the product that I had chosen on their site as well as a replacement for the product that had spilled and then a replacement instructions sheet and all I got was the replacement for what had spilled. No instructions, no guidelines nothing. I was told just to use their website but my art studio doesn't always have reliable internet connection. So I paid $225.00 for a product that's just sitting there unused.

product bubbled eventhough being carefull with mixing, and cleaniness of floor., ink paste did not fully mix well and came out while drying in parts. overall not happy with my project.

Really quality product
This is a really quality product. It is very easy to use and goes on smooth. There is no smell and dries pretty quickly. I would definitely purchase for other projects.
I used this product to paint my bathroom tub surround. I did 3 coats. Instead of having the existing tile removed, I painted over them...glad I did and saved some $$s in hiring a general contractor to remove them. It looks nice and neat.
