Tesco reward digital not plastic no good
Was given a work reward card for Tesco in digital form only when the staff at checkouts won't serve you if you don't present a plastic card. Nice waste of time really
This app/website has become a nightmare
This app/website has become a nightmare. It's slow and obsolete.
You can't send anymore the gift card to your private email address, which is uncomfortable considering not everyone has access to their work email address from every device.
It takes days to get your gift cards now 🙄

I made an order for JBL Tune Beam Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Earbuds since 25th Dec 2023 ad it is nearly a month now (18/01/24) and have not received this order.

always using e-gifts for shopping where possible , it is okey for saving few pounds, lately realised and don't get the cashback as promised like instead to get £60 cashback I get £39.90 I have to complaint to get my money back. lost so much cashback as I didn't complaint as I thought the cashback amount has changed. if you order Friday evening u have to wait until Monday to get your e-gifts which makes me think is poor managed as few times happened to me that item was out of stock until I receive the e-gift.

I am sad to report - just like others - that after purchasing a Gin and Tea at Harrods experience back in May, I still do not have the voucher for it. I have emailed and not received a response. Sadly this was a gift for a staff member and I am embarrassed to be unable to give it to them after telling them about it. This is not the first time I have had a problem with vouchers going astray, so I am afraid I will not be purchasing again, which is such a shame as the concept is a good one! Please can I have the voucher or my money returned?

It's so disappointing that NHS introduce this platform instead of just paying us directly. I see no reason I will have to wait this long to get a simple E-voucher (Gift Card). This site is a disgrace and will never recommend it to anybody close to me.

Absolutely disappointing
Absolutely disappointing. Ordered with my epoints plus had to pay an additional £100. Was told order cancelled and it has been refunded back to my epoints! I want my £100 in money not epoints!
