I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock but wasn’t through their AliExpress store. Instead of contacting me to let me know, they waited for me to inquire then told me it would take 15 days to restock. 15 days later, noticing the item was now listed as “pre-order” on their website, I contacted them again. They changed the order status to shipped (even tho nothing has actually been shipped, but making it so I couldn’t easily cancel the order anymore) and told me it was gonna ship this week. Needless to say, nothing has been shipped, the item is still listed as pre order and I have no real estimate of how long I need to wait for my keyboard. Assuming I’ll ever receive it.
They never offered any compensation for the waiting time and the mistake on their part. I’ll wait for the end of the week and then I’ll try and get my money back either though AliExpress or PayPal.

Do not buy from this store unless you like to gamble your money, but then again there’s slot machines for that and I have a feeling those are more reliable than this joke of a seller.

Spent USD 60 on a crap!

Epomaker sent me a keyboard with broken PCB. It keeps deleting my text or inserting ridiculously long lines......
Contacted them a while ago and they promised to send me a new PCB but it never arrived. No follow-up since

Keyboard for Christmas EK68, looks so nice and feels really premium, problem is it goes off when picked up or any pressure put towards the switches at the back, luckily I didn't plug it in wired as if its a ground issue it could have fried my port!

Emailed no reply, Facebook no reply, Instagram no reply, WhatsApp REPLY! We didn't get the email, OK can you sort this please, yes of course, then.... NO REPLY!!!

Such a shame as the keyboard looks great, build quality is a ZERO unfortunately as any power issue like this is VERY bad! I won't be buying another and charge back made!

High quality keyboards, well packaged and fast delivery.

Quick shipping and item is as described, a bit worry if the color will be different from what is being advertised, but color is on spot, I like the switch as well. Keyboard feels sturdy and looks aesthetic, great bargain for the price. This is not a compact keyboard if you're looking for one, but I need a full size keyboard and this is exactly what I needed. In the box I also received 2x sample switches, cable, key puller and switch puller. Quality of the switch puller is much better than the one given by Keychron, it's not that little one but same size as the key puller.
My first Alice keyboard and very happy with the purchase. I use this more now than my Keychron K10.

package was not left in mail room. they left the package outside of the apartment complex. it was stolen and i never got any money back or response from the mailing team. they never contacted me for delivery information. very poor service. do not recommend.

Great keyboard just some parts fell apart on arrival and was not stable on all 4 sides and 1 missing screw

The keyboard itself is very good I like the design and feel of the keyboard, maybe the only thing is the angle of the small screen it’s a bit hard to see it but it’s not a massive issue, the packaging was great the only thing about it was that in some reviews I’ve seen the small screen had a plastic layer to peel before use, mine didn’t but it wasn’t broken or anything and works so not an issue as well. Overall very good
