I would be cautious with Epoxy Design France and would recommend doing proper checks before paying for a course or a large installation.
The company is a real registered French business and has many positive Trustpilot reviews, so my concern is not simply whether the business exists. However, I found detailed negative customer reports, including a disputed complaint about epoxy flooring, workmanship, repeated interventions and alleged damage. The company strongly disputes that customer's version, so I would not present those allegations as proven facts.
I would also verify exactly what certification is included with the training. The company describes a professional certification as being in progress with France Compétences, so I would ask for the exact certification or RNCP/RS reference before relying on that claim.
The positive reviews are significant, but the negative experience and the public dispute are enough for me to recommend getting everything in writing — especially the scope of work, refund conditions, certification status, insurance and after-sales support — before making a substantial payment.
