Tampered
Plastic wrap was tampered with, there wasn’t even the promo card in the box. Each pack had more than 12 cards and one pack had 4 holo cards, some had no holos. Packs had glue residue on it. Overall for £80 I spent I didn’t get half the items as described on the box. Will never be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do so.

Very happy with experience. Reasonably priced too for such a unique item. It was well packaged and protected for transit. Tracked along the whole way and delivered on time. They send out the item pretty quick after my order online.
I'm not sure what the hit rates are on the Indonesian pokemon card boxes but I didn't get many GX's. But I mostly done it for the experience/fun for opening cards and not an investment. If you're looking to invest keep sealed or buy singles.

Ordered several items all marked as in stock. Most had several units available at the time. Order confirmed.
Days later, entire order was refunded, no explanation given, and no response to my confused email. Some of the items have entirely disappeared from the website (not even there and marked out of stock). One of them is still there. Terrible customer service trumps any other consideration. 😬

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. Ordered an in stock item on a Friday. I emailed to ask if it has been dispatched on Monday and they confirmed that they have. Royal Mail tracking shows that item was actually dispatched on Wednesday. Lying and delaying shipment whereas other companies ship almost same day. I didn’t expect it to be dispatched Friday but Monday at the very least.
