I cannot recommend this company more, aside from the beautifully made dog suits which cover perfectly, the customer service is outstanding. I tried to make an online order with them with my sizing which didn’t match anything on their website, they were so patient, with a lot of emails back & forth with sizing issues (on my part not theirs) they told me which sizes to order. I needed a zip added for one of my dogs, no issue at all. I made the order over the phone and even then they were incredibly helpful and checked through everything for me. Excellent customer service along with a fantastic product

Equafleece is the best company for my dog’s clothing needs. My dog is a cavapoo and needs a coat to keep her dry and warm. I keep coming back to this website because clothing and customer services are excellent. I have bought some of the dog coats 2 years ago and they are still going strong 💪. There are really good instructions online for measuring dogs to help you get the right size.

The customer service from the company is SIMPLY THE BEST!! I have ordered in total 3 suits from them for my Springer who goes to dog care twice a week. Last week I looked at the weather forecast and saw it was due to rain so put one of his suits on - bone dry apart from his head and paws at the end of the day!
However my main reason for writing is because I sent a suit back for a repair a few days ago, and had to contact the company via email - received an email back out of office hours, which I wasn't expecting. Sammi goes over and beyond in her customer service, but I must emphasise that I don't expect this as a matter of course. I also love the fact that you aren't confronted with computer bots and when you phone, you get a real person! Well done Equafleece - a brilliant British company that others could learn from!

We needed a new coat for Phoebe ready for the winter, we'd heard of Equafleece from a friend so decided to have a look. Having taken measurements and chosen our colour we went ahead with the order. Unfortunately the coat was a bit baggy around her chest so I got on the phone and with help from Kay we ordered a super slim instead of slim, it is perfect, so we are returning the first coat as an exchange for the first one so that we have a spare. We have spoken to all of the girls at Equafleece now and can honestly say that they are the best and most helpful ladies I have ever dealt with.

I’ve finally found a weatherproof coat that fits my greyhound and that she enjoys wearing. I’m amazed at how well it works, two hours in torrential rain yesterday but a bone dry dog at the end. Not even the specialist greyhound clothing companies I’ve bought from until now can match the fit, comfort, and functionality of our girl’s Tankie in a lovely brown. So much so that I’ve immediately ordered two more. The staff and service are wonderful too, and the garments are so reasonably priced. Can’t recommend them highly enough to all you long dog fanatics out there.

The products and the level of customer service delivered by equafleece are fantastic. We have a few tankies and a suit for our dogs now and they do exactly what they say they will! They are cosy, comfy and water resistant. They also look very cute!

I popped my dogs measurements into the website but it couldn’t give me a size so clicked the what size do I need button which then sends the details you input into the site to the help staff within like 10 minutes they emailed back asking me to double check the chest measurements I sent them the new measurements and they told me the best size. I got the full suit today and OMG I’m in love with the colour.

We’ve received our 2 Equafleeces and I am beyond thrilled.

The email information I received regarding the correct sizes to purchase was spot on, as both our dogs aren’t standard sizes.

Both are a pawfect fit. Excellent quality and finish. Hemmed beautifully too and leg length spot on, so I won’t need to cut them. I am really pleased and I can’t recommend Equafleece highly enough. Thankyou so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have four dogs and three wear the fleece tankies, the other is a Spitz so doesn’t need extra help to keep warm or dry. The fleece is excellent quality, is very soft/cosy and washes extremely well, they always come up like new.
All four also have the tshirt body in a stretchy cotton which I soak in water and it really helps keep them cool on hot days as they cover much more of the tummy area than the cooler vests which only really cover the top of the dog, again brilliant quality and easy to get on and off.
With more than one dog to dress when cold or hot I find the tankies quicker and easier than the traditional dog coat as I put a step in harness on top, no need for me to fiddle about with getting D rings through small holes.
There’s helpful videos showing how to measure and fit the items and even though I have a very lively tiny dog I got the perfect size on first attempt.
The colours are beautiful and the parcels arrive very quickly with Royal Mail tracking. Just brilliant!

Brilliant customer service! Ordered an item for my pooch and after ordering the wrong size, staff at equafleece guided me through the correct measurements process and replaced my item with the correct size. Very pleased and one happy puppy.

I don’t write many reviews but felt I just had to.
Over 6 years ago I bought two Equafleece suits for my two Cavapoos. I walk them every morning at a Country Park which from October to March is pretty muddy. We use the Equafleece at least 5 times per week during these months and wash them every day.
6 years later, they are still as good as new. They look the same as when I bought them. No loose stitches, no pilling, no snags. Just perfect. If only human clothes could last as well wear after wear! I swear by Equafleece. They are the best

Purchased as a gift. I’m a bit of a novice (to say the least) at measuring up for clothing but there was excellent advice, rapidly at hand when I got in a bit of a muddle.
Thanks to Jo’s expertise, the correct size was ordered first time. It arrived rapidly and proved a big hit. It’s really soft and stretchy and the recipient wore it happily, with no sign of any discomfort or reduced speeds (squirrel patrol!)

I’ve bought several Equafleece coats for my dogs over the years and been delighted with them all. The fit and quality are excellent.
I’m prompted to write a review today by outstanding customer service from them. Many years ago I bought an equine high viz quarter sheet from Equafleece; it has been fantastic and would still be going strong if I hadn’t stood on and broken one of the clips. Despite not making them any more, Equafleece have sent me replacement clips with straps attached free of charge despite me offering to pay.
I could not be happier with this company - their products really deliver and their service is top notch.

We’d seen another dog locally and enquired about a dog suit. We had difficulty calculating the size, so contacted Equafleece and got a size recommendation. We ordered on Boxing Day and a perfectly fitting dog suit was delivered New Year’s Eve. Excellent service throughout and would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing fit for our very odd shaped cross breed. I sent his measurements over and they advised me on the correct size. Eric gets really cold being a small dog but now can happily play out with his big brother.
