Dispatch problem.
The goods were supposedly dispatched but didn't appear to be in transit on enquiring i was told they were still in the warehouse this was rectified but the courier company used were slow to deliver. I must add this is the 3rd year I've purchased goods from Equiano and the first time there's been any problems.

Excellent Rum!

Did not receive my full order
I made 2 orders. In my first order, I ordered 1 large bottle or aged rum, which was delivered efficiently. In the 2nd order, I ordered 1 large bottle and 1 small bottle of aged rum. I received the large bottle, but did not receive the small bottle. I had sent an email expressing an item was missing. But I got no response. It's not ok to take a customer's money for an item, not send the goods and then not communicate. Granted mistakes happen, but there seems to be no resolution. Other than that, the bottle looks very classy. I can't comment on the taste of the rum as the two large bottle I bought are gifts, whilst the small bottle that I didn't receive would have been a present to me.
