Ordered item 24hr delivery, 4 weeks later still not arrived, they blamed the courier, said they'd resent it still no show said they'd chase it up and refund postage, nothing happened , promise a full refund nothing happened had to reclaim money through the bank, my daughter had a similar experience item eventually turned up 3 weeks late, the don't reply to emails and chat function is useless takes hours or days for a reply 🤬
I ordered a present (top) for my friend last week, was told i would receive it within 4-7 days, since i have had no confirmation, or updates on shipping... the money was taken from my account but no updates, it was meant to be a gift for this week too! i contacted via the email service, no response in fact it said the email on the website wasn't real! then i filled out the response form on the website still no response!
