Subscription selection changed

I received my most recent order to discover that my regular selection of flavours had been reverted to a previous one. One which included flavours which my family don't like.
I emailed explaining this but didn't receive either an explanation nor an apology.
In response to the reply.
I didn't receive an email explaining the change in subscriptions, so I was not aware of the changes.
I emailed customers services & the reply which i received didn't address the issue.
It is a pity that it takes a 2 star review to receive a relevant response.
In conclusion I have cancelled my subscription.
The email with the changes being made to the subscriptions arrived 12 April.

We believe this may be linked to a change we’re currently making. As we transition our subscription boxes from 20 to 24 bottles, we included 4 complimentary bottles this month, along with an email explaining the upcoming increase in quantity and cost.

These additional bottles are selected at random during packing, so we completely understand they may not have matched your family’s flavour preferences — and we’re sorry about that.

We truly appreciate your feedback and apologise again for any frustration caused. Sarah from our office is already assisting behind the scenes to help manage your subscription and make things right.

I absolutely love the taste of…

I absolutely love the taste of Kombucha, especially the ginger flavour. I have been drinking it for breakfast for sometime now and I'm sure it has helped with any digestive issues I have had.
I recently contacted the Customer service dept to report the fact that a recent bottle I purchased was only 3/4 full. I was sent an immediate response from Sarah and then 6 bottles arrived in the post! Wow I have never known such excellent service from a company I a long time. I am always recommending this product to friends. So Equinox keep up the good work- Gill

Proper, delicious kombucha, highly recommended!'ve been ordering from Equinox…

I've been ordering from Equinox regularly and drinking kombucha has become part of my weekly routine. Delivery is fast, the bottles arrive securely packaged.
Their flavour range is really good and the taste is light, natural and refreshing. I have my seasonal favourites: Ginger in winter, Raspberry & Elderflower in spring, and Sicilian Lemon in summer. I tried one of their seasonal specials too, the Wild Plum & Reishi was absolutely delicious, keeping me healthy during the Christmas period.
Proper, delicious kombucha, highly recommended!
