VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I use the product and it works well. The customer service dept is the WORST.
They dont have a phone number to call and you need to email when you have issues. The customer service dept is in the Netherlands so you dont get a response right away and when you do it comes at 3AM.
I ordered 2 jars. After a week it didn't arrive so I emailed customer service. Nina said it was in transit and would be here soon. Two days later she emailed me saying the package was returned to them. She indicated she would FEDEX my order. Two days later she said Fedex didn't work and it defaulted back to USPS but will be to me in a few days. I was now waiting over 2 weeks for my order. I finally get the USPS order and the next day I get another shipment from FEDEX. Im a honest person so I emailed Nina to let her know. She responded by saying I can return the extra shipment or keep it and she would send me a bill!
I emailed back that I wanted to return it and asked her to send a return shipping label. Nina respinded by saying"You have to be kidding me! I've done every thing I can to help you now you want a return label!" Nina is quite RUDE and does not know her job! She sure doen't understand customer service. I called their fulfullment center and spoke with someone to complain about my experience and they said they would pass it on to management and took my phone and email. Nobody called. Nobody cares. CUSTOMER ABUSE.
If you order from this company and have a issue, good luck getting help!

Great Product
The Pharmasolute Horse is a great product and I really believe it keeps our horses' joints functioning well. Plus I did the math and on a per dose basis found it more economical that other joint supplements based on the amount of active ingredients.
