They don't want you to request a payout more than 5% of the account

I strongly advise traders to avoid Equity Edge Ltd (EquityEdge-Trade).
My trading account was suspended without justification, even though all my trades complied with their own 1% risk rules.
On 22 October 2025, I had a short position on XAUUSD with a stop loss set at 4037.00. The market price never reached that level — independent tick data shows a high of 4036.50 — yet the broker closed my position at 4038.28, causing a loss and the termination of my funded account.
When I raised the issue, they blamed it on "minor slippage," but this explanation doesn’t match the real price movement. The company also failed to provide verifiable tick data or transparency regarding their liquidity provider.
After investigating, I discovered that Equity Edge Ltd is not regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), meaning there is no investor protection if they act unfairly.

I am filing a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service and the FCA for suspected price manipulation and unfair account termination.

Please be cautious — this company presents itself as UK-based but operates without regulation or oversight. Traders risk losing their funds and having their accounts closed arbitrarily.

this is the worst prop firm ever bad customer service they wont even give you payouts will do anything to deny it i even passed my account on wednesday and i was meant to receive it on monday then i made a ticket regarding it the customer service is bad as it gets so there is literally no rule regarding that you can only risk 1% i risked 2% to make 8% and they rejected my funded account because i gambled dont ever buy from this poor customer service and even when you do the risk interview to get a payout you seem to not get a payout i have screen short regarding everything i have read the faq and carefully traded just for them to write that i gambled none of my freinds have good expereince with this firm either they reject your payout and do everything to take your money but not give it back

I initiated a chat with the client. After opening the conversation, the client responded to my initial message. I then asked a follow-up question; however, Husnain kept me waiting for approximately 30 minutes without providing any further response or update.

This lack of communication caused an unnecessary delay in handling the case and directly impacted the quality and efficiency of the support provided to the client.
This behavior is not aligned with expected response time and professional standards. Please take the necessary action to address this issue with Husnain to ensure better accountability, faster response times, and improved client handling in future interactions.
The entire conversation is documented.
• No follow-up or explanation was received from Husnain after the last message.
• This delay disrupted the workflow and could negatively affect client satisfaction.

From my personal experience with the financing company, I do not recommend dealing with this company because your percentage for withdrawal is much less, even if you reach the profit stage, they will give you the most ridiculous excuses I have ever heard. They stopped the withdrawal and closed my account.

Worst broker ever they don’t care and block accounts when you want a payout or if you pass a account. You can’t trade normally and every setups you do take will be in breach off every rule they have. Spend the extra money on a better broker because this one is shit

this can't never be fair and trusted to me I once wrote a review commended how their responded when my contract wasn't able to sign but it doesn't end their until it get to payout, you're just here to destroy people reputation after all my sleepless nights doing analysis failing some many challenges only to passed one and make profit give me the profit you claimed they was an internal record of me in group trade God be my witness I traded on my own not involving anyone.you didn't say it when I bought the account I kept on failing until it got to my turn be paid back you will meet your match

And block the accounts without any reasons

Made consistent profits, asked for a payout, then they hit me with a “2-minute rule” warning and suddenly banned me for “group trading” linked to an old failed account that isn’t even mine. No proof, no appeal, just an excuse not to pay. Avoid this prop firm is total joke.

On Thursday 24/09/2025, 13:30 (uk time), my EURCAD sell order was triggered, it went to full TP only to see i made a loss on Equity Edge. I contacted them and they told me the trade hit SL. I showed them the chat and it was evident that the trade never hit SL, then they were silent.

Honestly, save your money and invest in another propfirm. All the promo offered by EQUITY Edge is a waste if they make sure you never win. Other people have complained this prop firm dont pay to..

Since I traded 4% in a single trade, they disabled my account with the reason that I violated the rules ‘gambling’. The support is completely unprofessional and they don’t give me a single explanation why it was considered ‘gambling’. Beware, they have hidden rules and you can’t get a payout from them!

I was in the chat for 3 hours. They kept telling me to wait and that they would get back to me. Waited at least 40 min for one message and then had to wait another 40. I also used paypal as payment but they were asking me for my card details for some reason. Eventually my problem was resolved but at that point I had contacted their website support, mail too so I have no clue who really helped me

They have cheap prices because you can never withdraw any payout.
100% they have hidden rules, be careful!!
