They can improve communication
They can improve communication. I dont get any updates most times and even replies to my queries are usually 24-48 hours late. Sometimes, you dont get a reply at all.
Also, for the funds managed by them, they choose high valuations while investing in companies.

I am having recurring problems with receiving payment on some shares that were sold. The response time is lengthy to get basic things fixed. The tech platform wants me to update my payment account but it is already pre filled with the correct info. You just debited it for a recent investment

They charge only one time fees.
They update ahead of the time when they're going to pull the money from the bank.
They provide an option to sell in the market place when you can't wait for long time.
None of the services that I know can do this. EquityZen is my first preferred.
