The company along with my hard earned money goes down the drain. Not sure why the company would take customer orders if they are about to liquidate. There's probably a long way to refund using legal help, but thats not practical.
I ordered three items - a year ago. Charlie lied to me as did Dawn. The watch band is not correct for the clasp they fitted to it. I never received the notebook cover. They refused to answer my emails. Now I find out they are in bankruptcy and my items and money are “unrecoverable “. Crooks get their due - they will attempt to do business again and I will certainly remember- I hope all of their customers do.

This company scams customers out of their money, I ordered a leather belt in January 2022 should have received it by June of the same year and still nothing. Both Dawn and Charlie have stopped corresponding with me.. should have done more research into this company before spending $500 on a belt. I ordered a watch strap in January 2022. Delivery time was said to be 12-14 weeks. I still haven't received it more than 12 months later. On 5 Dec 2022 I received a message that the parcel had been sent, but, according to Royal Mail, they never received the parcel from the company. I have now been trying to get in contact with Equus Leather for more than a month without any response. Appalling service and overall experience. I strongly discourage anyone from engaging with Equus Leather.
Don't buy from this site paid for a leather belt on 12 march 2022 still not received it emailed the company told to weeks still no belt emailed again with no response going to start legal proceedings on Monday to get my money back plus interest and costs thay will not answer the phone
