TOTAL SCAM SITE
TOTAL SCAM SITE. I saw (what I now realize were fake) reviews and thought it was a respectable company. They sent me workout pants that smelled terrible and had loose threads poking out everywhere. They refused to reimburse me, even though the website states 100% satisfaction guarantee and promises returns to be refunded. I tried to find info to report them to the BBB and they basically don’t exist. No address, no linking websites, nothing.
ERA Athletica- don't be fooled
I ordered a pair of v2 Era Cargo Pocket Leggings. When I ordered from the website, the 5 star ratings said "93% said fit true to size" however the era Athletica faq page actually says, "Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than Europe/US!" This is very different.
Because they took so long to arrive, I emailed the company but received no reply and when I tried to track my package it said, "package cannot be found". The leggings did finally arrive but my size XL looked like it would fit a 12 year old. When I went back to the website to print a return label, there was no link for one. On the bottom of their website it says, "DIDN'T FIT? WE'LL EXCHANGE IT"
"NOT IN LOVE? WE ACCEPT RETURNS"
"100% HAPPINESS GUARANTEE" however upon closer inspection of the very same page, it actually says, "Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week!" If I had known the clothes were from Asia, or that they did not accept returns, I would never have ordered in the first place. Since links are not allowed on Trustpilot, you can find all the information on the era Athletica faq (frequently asked questions) page.
Be wary, I tried very hard to make sure it was safe to order from this company, it is almost impossible to find safe online shops any more.
