Everything is good. The team is pleasant and gives response quickly. They helped me to change the product I was not happy. Now I can say that erayba is the best product for hair. It makes my hair brilliant. I have been using it for 6 years and l have not found anything better yet.

Vi har jo skrevet sammen på mail og også talt sammen i telefonen. Her forklarede jeg hvorledes vores produkter og ingredienser er sammensat.
Som jeg både skrev på mail og forklarede i telefonen, så er produktet IKKE udløbet. Produktet er holdbart i 2 år efter den dato der står på produktet, og vi står selvfølgelig inde for at produktet er 100% i orden og at alle ingredienser er i top.
Efter vores samtale sendte jeg som aftalt et nyt produkt uden beregning. Det er selvfølgelig ærgerligt, at du føler produktet ikke lever op til dine forventninger. Som jeg også fortalte, så er du velkommen til at sende produkterne retur (også selvom de er brugt), så giver vi alle pengene retur.

We've corresponded via email and also spoken on the phone. Here, I explained how our products and ingredients are formulated.
As I both wrote in the email and explained on the phone, the product is NOT expired. The product is durable for 2 years after the date stated on the product, and we naturally stand by the fact that the product is 100% in order and that all ingredients are top quality.
After our conversation, as agreed, I sent a new product at no charge. It's of course unfortunate that you feel the product doesn't meet your expectations. As I also mentioned, you're welcome to return the products (even if they've been used), and we'll give you a full refund."
