The process was fast and smooth from start to finish. Gabriella Madronero was diligent in ensuring the momentum was kept up with the Conveyancer and we were kept appraised of progress.

I also enjoyed working with Robert Medd locally in HK as he was clear about the risks as well as the reward in the deal and set fair expectations so that we knew what we were getting into and answered questions we had around the deal.

Very pleased with the whole overall experience of working with ERE on my investments with them. Particular thanks to Gabriella Madronero, who constantly worked to move the transaction forward. She regularly provided timely input and feedback, and greatly assisted in my dealings with the solicitor. This was especially important when conducting business from a time zone 7 hours away.

ERE Property are a personable but highly professional company, where with the help of two particular members of staff: Eimeren Dizon & Will Kettel, their commutations and administrative skills allowed us as buyers to be constantly up to date, and fully informed on the buying process. Whether it was navigating Solicitors requests for paperwork, or even answering any menial questions we had for our lack of knowledge, they were more than happy to help!
The aforementioned staff also were happy to meet us face to face, welcomed us into their office, to run us through things delicately. It was good to have a set of friendly faces throughout the transaction we could call on.

We will be using ERE again in the near future.

Have sold a development that is now 2 years passed completion and still nowhere close to being built. Though incredibly helpful during the sales process, as well as convincing, unable to give any answers on how or when I will receive my deposit back. Avoid!

Sharon is a professional in this field. She provided timely and indepth information durning the process. I had no bad comment regarding her.

May be, this is her first time to serve Hongkonger who had no idea about conveyance in UK. I would be frustrated by the jargons, processes and technical terms which should be the common senses for UK people. I could not say the property buying process was perfectly smooth.
