I’ve been with ERE for almost two years.
My property manager was Jade. Whenever I had any questions or maintenance issues she responded promptly to our requests, was professional and accommodating.
ERE is one of the very few companies out their that are professional in dealing with their tenants. I’d highly recommend them.

I found the ERE team very responsive and knowledgeable. Robert was excellent and was on top of all things and able to answer any questions I had. He is clearly an SME with vast experience. Sharon was great and really hand held the processing for me and was on hand for various questions and follow up. I always felt I had the ERE team available when needed.

Jade Field has recently taken over our account and has been excellent. Very responsive and practical. makes our life much easier!

Great End to End Service
ERE helped me every step of the way when it came to investing, managing then selling property in Birmingham. They found the property, put me in touch with a solicitor and helped push the purchase through. After that they managed it for a few years while I got an income from it before helping me sell just recently.

We were persuaded to buy an apartment from Robert Medd when he was involved in a forerunner to ERE called Emerging Real Estates in 2005 in a ski resort in Bulgaria.
He was certainly a plausible salesman and we fell for the patter hook, line and sinker.
We paid 100,000 euros for a 2 bed apartment + various ancillary costs and expenditure totalling a further 15000 euros. We were promised, NO guaranteed, a yield of 7/8% pa from rentals.
In the event we were lucky to get rental income of 300 euros per month for a maximum of 3/4 months pa which didn't even cover the maintenance fees and expenses.
The capital growth has been stunning. We have just sold the apartment now for 47,000 euros which will reduce to 44,000 euros after deduction of the sale costs etc.
What a wonderful investment!!
I see that he and the company now seem to have given up with properties abroad and are now selling in the UK.
From my bitter experience I would advise extreme caution. These people would sell sand to the Arabs but speak with forked tongue.
Beware big time and don't be fooled by the smooth patter.

I've had quite a few questions regarding moving into the Downtown building in Manchester & Jade has honestly been beyond helpful with answering them. She's contacted the previous tenants about any current Internet providers, arranging new mirrors being implemented into the bathrooms etc.. Allowing me to get all set up prior to moving in!

ERE had this influx of fresh energy after the UK Gov finally allowed us to evict a non-paying tenant who was by law protected due to Covid regulations.
A new fully vetted tenant was found and the refurb was quick and affordable.

With some very useful update videos and detailed e-mails and WhatsApp communications, we were made to feel they were always there to give us sound advice on every aspect of the projects and made it feel very personalised.
