Horrible experience. Bought a desk top, 3 months ago, which recently arrived with the then 4 weeks delay. I was delivered wrapped on a pallet. When I unwrapped it to get the desk, the delivery person refused to take the palet back with him and left it outside on the kerb claiming it wasn't his responsibility. When open the packaging, the desk was chipped, the grommets were not the ones I asked for, and more 2 weeks later, I'm still missing the under desk tray. I got offered £30 refund for the trouble. I've been e-mailing customer support dozen of times. They are irresponsive and don't seem to really care. Some people might be lucky but Overall, I must say I cannot recommend this company.

Awful. still haven’t received my refund. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

I placed order in Jan 23, it is now April 23 - atrocious service

Purchased 2 standing desks.
Products are amazing and worth every penny.
However, I payed extra to have them delivered pre-assembled in the box. The video on the website showed easy steps to set the desks (which I was planning on doing on my own time).
The company called and insisted that they will do the delivery and help with the assembly. Turns out, the assistance was necessary as the product was Not pre-assembled. The engineer that showed up had to set up it from scratch. So there I was, on a Tuesday evening, with a stranger in my house setting up desks.

Great price and exactly what I needed.
Faster than expected delivery

Problems with the FedEx delivery, but I appreciate the honest effort and customer care that Ergobrands subsequently undertook to resolve the issue. In fact their responsiveness was impressive and would give me confidence to purchase from again and recommend to others.

Paid £9.99 for Next day delivery and it took 6 days in total to arrive. Spoke to Ergobrands on day 3 and they said they would rectify and be in touch later that day. Still waiting for them to get back to me!

Desk is excellent, exactly what we wanted. Nice range of heights, easy to crank up & down.

Seller was responded to questions quickly and accurately.

Assembly was a little challenging for a novice like me - most of it was fine, just the gearbox shaft & crank assembly was a bit tricky - that took 3 goes before I got it right.

Great desk, I was always hesitant about purchasing a sit/stand desk as I wasn’t sure about durability or quality; but this desk is on another level.

It’s sturdy, quality and looks great. The desk itself is really good quality and handles my dual monitor setup easily on 1 arm and holds my pc and other accessories with no issues.

The frame doesn’t have any problems lifting and lowering the weight on the desk at all.

I would say if you’re on the fence about purchasing a sit/stand desk from here just do it, I’m happy I committed to the decision.

Ergobrands support have been great, and delivery was personally done as there have been issues with previous delivery company.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. Customer service was excellent, my order was delivered within a few days of it being placed. The desktop arrived well packaged, is of a superior quality, and perfect for my needs. Thank you for a perfect experience.

I got a table top from Ergobrands. It was delivered on time and was exactly as described. The quality is very good and it perfectly fits my needs. The table top was appropriately priced as well. Delivery price was MUCH better than IKEA. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to use, great service, optional delivery times,
One item had a crack in it which was dealt with swiftly and replaced quickly.

Took 4 weeks for it to be delivered, then FedEx kept emailing me saying ergobrands had cancelled my order, I received no reply at all from egrobrands when i contacted them, items were delivered but packaging was in a terrible state! Would never use again!

I was looking for a good ergonomic desk for over a month, when i came across Ergobrands. It is one of the best decisions I ever made. Before I committed to ordering my desk, I called on a few occasions to ask a few questions, and I spoke directly to Nick, who was a great help. When it arrived it was really easy to assemble. Great Service and first week's view on usage is very good quality for the price

I initially had some issues with the item I ordered taking a long time to be delivered and failing to arrive on the scheduled date a couple of times, which was worrying. I have to say though, each time I contacted Ergobrands to query what was going on, they responded immediately, their responses were polite and professional, they figured out the root cause of the problem and they put this right for me quickly. This is all I ask for; I understand things don't always go to plan but, when they don't, I want someone to own it and to put it right asap. Anyway, my faith in Ergobrands has been restored and I would use them again. Thanks.
