Ordered via their ebay store, I got this EVERBRITE solution but discovered it will not arrive until mid December 2020, more then month!, tried contacting them but they ignored me, tried raising apaypal case to cancel but was referred back to ebay, now paypal says they will flag them if they see abuse with altered orders that are delays or never sent.

Horrible experience through AbeBooks

Horrible experience through AbeBooks. I NEVER received an over $200 book. I finally inquired and nothing. I inquired again and was told only it was shipped. I asked for a tracking number and oddly THAT took a week to get. It shows a tracking to my UPS store...the one I have used for years. THESE MORONS never gave me a tracking number until I complained for a week. If I had a tracking number I would have tracked the book and looked for it on the day it allegedly arrived. WHO THE F SHIPS AND NEVER GIVES A TRACKING NUMBER?????? I'll tell you who....MORONS....flat out MORONS!

Ergode booksellers are not booksellers…

Ergode booksellers are not booksellers who have an inventory of their own. They are known as "bookjackers", people who post other sellers books as their listings and then when they get an order have the real seller drop-ship any order they get. They have no idea of actual condition of any book they list since they never even handle it. They are a disgrace to the book selling industry. They are based in India and use a Texas address to look like they are actually a bookseller in Texas. They are just foreign scammers who are making a large profit by never touching a book, Stay away from these scammers.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered an item and they shopped it to the wrong address. Ordered same item again and they again shipped it to the wrong address. No one in customer service speaks english well enough to understand them ii tried to send them an email as they requested but it came back undeliverable because they didnt articulate the email address well enough for me to understand after a 30 min conversation with them

I ordered a book from Ergode books on…

I ordered a book from Ergode books on 3rd December to be delivered to Manchester UK for a Christmas present. It arrived yesterday it was well packaged and was impressed with the condition of the book. I found the price I paid very reasonable as looking elsewhere prices were so much more expensive. I would definitely use Ergode again.

Ordered a book....as I was hitting…

Ordered a book....as I was hitting the"order" button, i notice the shipping address was wrong (I had not been able to find a "shipping address different from billing address" place on the order form. I IMMEDIATELY sent them e-mail AND called them to correct shipping. I did not get a call back on my voicemail message and the response to me e-mail was basically "too bad, so sad, we sent the book to your billing address!" I sent another e-mail and was again met with a completely indifferent attitude!
I asked twice how to do a review, th.y send me to their web site where i can find NO place to leave a review. When I call and get an answer...I get no satisfaction either.

Does not provide proper international shipping support - AVOID

Pretty awful all round service here.
I didn't received the books I purchased online and was later told there was a failed delivery. No note was left at my address to say why delivery had failed or where I could collect from. Tracking only included information for USPS which I couldn't access because I don't have a US postal address, so I emailed Ergode Books for more information. They took some time to reply and when they did said a second delivery attempt had failed (still no delivery attempt note left at my address) and that the package was now being returned AT MY COST. When I asked for more details and how to stop / collect the package I was told there was a second postal service involved a "second logistics order" for international shipping; but I only ever received information on the USPS logistics. Now Ergode books customer support keeps dropping me stock responses about "retuning unwanted items" which never arrived for me to return or to "check local post office" for the package that they said was being returned. So it seems like they've lost it now? A complete joke of customer service and I would not recommend this to any international buyers.

Received the textbook I ordered within…

Received the textbook I ordered within a month. Not shrink wrapped and a small amount of damage to the binding and edges. Great price but not sure whether I have been sent a new or second-hand book for that price,(I haven't found any notes in the margins). Could do with better packaging for shipping.

Buyer Beware!

Review of 01/02 about this site being a "book-jacker" vs a bookseller. I list on Amazon books and this company just bought one of my items. There was a detailed message stating 'do not send any packing slip or information on cost of book, with the shipment. I got curious, and internet searched them to find this review site.

Buyer Beware! Buy only from reputable sellers. Whoever purchased my book through these people - I am sorry if it does not go well. You could have gotten the book less expensive from me, no doubt.

My new favorite commuter helmet!

This is a great helmet. I ride a bicycle in high traffic downtown Seattle. It’s lightweight and compact enough to stuff in a backpack or bike bag. It also, in my opinion, looks way better than the half football look of many bike helmets and the matte finish hides scuffs and scratches

Ordered a book that was listed in new…

Ordered a book that was listed in new condition. It didn't arrive by the expected date, so I contacted Ergode Books only to learn that the book allegedly was damaged by the post office and was returned to them in undeliverable condition. They offered to give me a 20 percent discount and send me a replacement that wasn't a new book. After several weeks of going round and round with them, I finally got my money back. Horrible experience. My bet is they never had the book I ordered to begin with and were stalling for more time.

I had the same problem as others-I wish…

I had the same problem as others-I wish I had known about this website before I bought a fitbit from them. The fitbit did not fit so I requested a return-what a run-around. Two weeks before I got a return label and only because Sears intervened. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will complaint to Sears and Better Business Bureau.

I have seen the bad reviews and have no reason to doubt them. However, I ordered a book from here in Ireland four weeks ago. I was told it would arrive before August 17. It arrived today.

I ordered a specific book in a series

I ordered a specific book in a series. They sent me the wrong book. They refused to return it. I contacted paypal to get my refund. Paypal is great. Never use your credit card with these people.

The biggest scammers they are. They will manipulate their website to show that you ordered item y when you in fact ordered item x.

Avoid at all cost.
