Missing parts and damage parts on “Ergolover Chair”

I ordered the chair on 19 December 2023, received on 4 January 2024, and just assembled today…26 January 2024.

Found the following items:
1) Missing (N) M6*30=2 pcs on “B2” part
2) Broken 1 pcs of part “B1” going into “B2”
Please see attached photos.

Please send me the missing and damaged parts listed above as soon as possible.
