From the beginning of the assessment…

From the beginning of the assessment procedure with Mark Webb Mark saw the chair I was using was not suitable in meeting my needs and I needed further work equipments.. Mark through his professional assessment has met my needs and even chose the right colour and I had not mentioned the colour to him this is a professional who has eye for details and knowledgeable in meeting the needs and requirements of his clients. The installer Martin Webb was also excellent he explained the use of the chair to me showed me how to use the chair the instructions and he patiently listened to me.. Thank You to both Mark and Martin you are an asset to Osmond Ergonomics ❤

Pleasant customer service but a bit slow

I received a used mouse, which was still in decent condition but not what one expects when splashing out a bit on a new ergonomic mouse. It was a bit slow getting clarity from the customer services about what to do. Eventually I agreed to a reduced price on the mouse, which I have yet to receive. The mouse was received two weeks ago now, so pace is a bit slower than what one would expect.

That being said, all of my interactions with customer service have been pleasant, so it is really just the speed that is an issue.

I also purchased one of their split keyboards, which arrived in pristine condition.

Your spine will thank you

I had an egonomics assessment from Osmond, who recommended some equipment they then delivered and setup.

Excellent service all around. The prices are steep, but it's best seen as an investment in one's health. Friendly staff. They do get quite busy, it was a shame having everything assessed and ready to go, then having to wait two months to find a time suitable for everyone for installation.

Fantastic service

Mr Elkins came to deliver and install my equipment today. He went above and beyond, telling me about the features of each item and demonstrating them too.

He brought the chair upstairs after I explained I could not do so myself due to my arthritis.

Any questions I had was easily answered and by the time he left I was satisfied I knew how everything works and what to do in case I run into any issues.

He is a great credit to Osmond Ergonomics. I'm very happy with my experience of the company.

Reserving judgement...

The article ordered is not available yet (supply issue: Brexit and/or Covid-19 I presume), and despite several emails in this regard, the company keeps asking for reviews, both for the article ordered (and paid for...) and the company ("how did we do?"). Well, I am reserving judgement, on both accounts, but the repeated requests for reviews could have an impact when I finally do review the company...

Just as expected

Ordered outside business hours, shipped within a couple of hours on the first working day after. Got sent a tracking number straight after, followed by a prompt delivery. All good really.

Quick and very helpful

Quick and very helpful! I’m also very grateful they managed to get hold of the Kinesis Freestyle Pro Quiet Ergonomic Split Mechanical Keyboard (Cherry MX Silent Red Switches) even though it’s not part of their default stock. They usually sell the Cherry MX (Brown) variant. Will buy from them again!

Kevin sourced what I needed in a chair that fits my immediate surroundings and fits under the desk. On reflection, I should have done this years ago and saved me getting a bad back. Thank you Kevin
