Love this cardigan
Love this cardigan! Love the smell of the wool! feels so natural . The colours are gorgeous and the design unusual and interesting! I have two other cardigans from Eribé, this company never disappoints.

Lovely sweaters but difficult to return damaged sweater from USA
In all, I have ordered 3 Kinross sweaters and they are really lovely. Two of these arrived in perfect condition, but one did arrive with dropped stitches on the inside of the sweater. I have tried to return this to Eribe but because I live in the USA, I don't think it is possible to get a return label from Eribe. I have been trying for over a month and now am giving up because my requests are never answered. That said, I really love the soft quality of yarn, the Fair Isles patterns and
exquisite color combinations. I am disappointed I cannot return the one Kinross that arrived with knitting flaws.

Great product, pricey shipping
No problems other than very expensive shipping (70% of the cost of the item I ordered). Delivery was quick but slower shipment at more reasonable rates would have been fine.
Otherwise, what I ordered is attractive and well made - an excellent product.

it was a very quick purchase delivery, however i did write to you asking that you do not send my sweater untill the friday, as i was not in the country till the saterday, this was not taken up , you delivered the sweater on the wednesday or thursday i cant remember which day it was....

ERIBÉ were great when I got wrong size
ERIBÉ were great when I got the wrong size. It was my own fault for not allowing for extra room in the slim fit sizing on the Brodie vest (would recommend others order up from matching your strict measurements). The correspondence about my return was prompt, courteous, and acommodating. Wonderful experience and I will definitely order more of ERIBÉ's fine quality products in the future. Thank you!
